LOCATION 1 - BONFIRE

EXT - NIGHT | PERFORMANCE AND NARRATIVE SCENE

BONFIRE | PASSION

The bonfire location represents the passion and lust that two people have for each other. At this location our movements are large and fast. We see an energetic and emotional performance by Carmouflage Rose as well an intense argument between a girl and himself towards the end of the track.

The silhouetted lighting draws the viewer close but never close enough to see the full picture.

LOCATION 2 - THE HOUSE

INT - NIGHT | PERFORMANCE AND NARRATIVE SCENE

THE HOUSE | REALITY

The house location represents the reality of distinguishing love from lust. Things start off warm and friendly between the two but they gradually become colder towards each other. Despite the lust still being present. This could be demonstrated by Carmouflage Rose getting a lap dance while looking completely uninterested.

LOCATION 3 - THEATRE

INT - NIGHT | PERFORMANCE AND NARRATIVE SCENE

THEatre | the unREALITY

The Theatre acts as metaphor for a false reality. Life in here is perfect and pure but it's still just a big act. The audience knows this couple is doomed and this is made clearer in the first part of the Bittersweet music video.

The woman is on stage performing ballet while Carmouflage Rose is in the seats of the empty theatre. This scene will also include both of them under a spotlight as a juxtaposition for the silhouette/bonfire scenes.
